Steven Curtis Chapman - What A Friend We Have In Jesus [Feat. Ricky Ska...
Christian hymn originally written by Joseph M. Scriven
as a poem in 1855 to comfort his mother who was living in Ireland while
he was in Canada. Scriven originally published the poem anonymously,
and only received full credit for it in the 1880s.[1] The tune to the hymn was composed by Charles Crozat Converse in 1868. William Bolcom composed a setting of the hymn.
The hymn also has many versions with different lyrics in multiple languages.(Wikipedia)
Steven Curtis Chapman - My Redeemer Is Faithful and True / DEEP ROOTS
As I look back on the road I've
travelled,
I see so many times He carried me through;
And if there's one thing that I've learned in my life,
My Redeemer is faithful and true.
My Redeemer is faithful and true.
I see so many times He carried me through;
And if there's one thing that I've learned in my life,
My Redeemer is faithful and true.
My Redeemer is faithful and true.
My Redeemer is faithful and true.
Everything He has said He will do,
And every morning His mercies are new.
My Redeemer is faithful and true.
Everything He has said He will do,
And every morning His mercies are new.
My Redeemer is faithful and true.
My heart rejoices when I read the
promise
'There is a place I am preparing for you.'
I know someday I'll see my Lord face to face,
'Cause my Redeemer is faithful and true.
My Redeemer is faithful and true.
'There is a place I am preparing for you.'
I know someday I'll see my Lord face to face,
'Cause my Redeemer is faithful and true.
My Redeemer is faithful and true.
And in every situation He has proved
His love to me;
When I lack the understanding, He gives more grace to me.
When I lack the understanding, He gives more grace to me.
My Redeemer is faithful and true.
Everything He has said He will do,
And every morning His mercies are new.
My Redeemer is faithful and true.
Everything He has said He will do,
And every morning His mercies are new.
My Redeemer is faithful and true.

ROBIN MARK - HIGHLY EXALTED
You were despised
You were rejected Lord
Those who passed by
Even averted their gaze from your sight
Such was the suffering you bore for us
Led like a lamb, lamb to the slaughter
You spoke not a word
Chose to be silent
Though you did no wrong
Nor was deceitfulness found in you
Yet by your wounds our salvation has come
Yet by your suffering our freedom is won
You were rejected Lord
Those who passed by
Even averted their gaze from your sight
Such was the suffering you bore for us
Led like a lamb, lamb to the slaughter
You spoke not a word
Chose to be silent
Though you did no wrong
Nor was deceitfulness found in you
Yet by your wounds our salvation has come
Yet by your suffering our freedom is won
For God has highly exalted your name
He has enthroned you on high
Jesus the name above all names
He has enthroned you on high
Jesus the name above all names
Led like a lamb, lamb to the slaughter
You spoke not a word
Chose to be silent
Though you did no wrong
Nor was deceitfulness found in you
Yet by your wounds our salvation has come
Yet by your suffering our freedom is won
You spoke not a word
Chose to be silent
Though you did no wrong
Nor was deceitfulness found in you
Yet by your wounds our salvation has come
Yet by your suffering our freedom is won
For God has highly exalted your name
He has enthroned you on high
Jesus the name above all names
He has enthroned you on high
Jesus the name above all names
Yet by your wounds our salvation has come
Yet by your suffering our freedom is won.
For God has highly exalted your name
He has enthroned you on high
Jesus the name above all names.
Yet by your suffering our freedom is won.
For God has highly exalted your name
He has enthroned you on high
Jesus the name above all names.
